Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using any of our apps, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the apps.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use our apps on Apple devices you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial use, subject to Apple's App Store Terms of Service.
Subscriptions and Billing
Some apps offer optional Pro subscriptions ($3.99/month or $19.99/year, prices may vary by region). Subscriptions are billed by Apple and auto-renew until cancelled. You can cancel anytime in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. No refunds for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law. Free trials, if offered, convert to paid subscriptions automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
Our apps use AI models to generate suggestions, insights, and responses. AI output is provided 'as-is' for informational purposes only. It does not constitute medical, financial, legal, tax, or professional advice. Always consult a qualified professional for decisions in these areas. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of AI-generated content.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the apps; (b) use the apps for unlawful purposes; (c) attempt to bypass AI safety filters, daily quotas, or rate limits; (d) probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our servers; (e) attempt prompt injection or manipulate the AI to produce harmful, illegal, or off-topic content. We reserve the right to block or suspend access for abuse.
Intellectual Property
All app code, designs, trademarks, logos, and content are owned by HOUJIAYAN Intelligence or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You retain ownership of content you create within the apps (journal entries, habits, notes, etc.) — we claim no rights to your personal data.
Warranty Disclaimer
The apps are provided 'as is' and 'as available' without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected. Use at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HOUJIAYAN Intelligence and HOUJIAYAN International Trading shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the apps. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the apps at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including violation of these terms. You may stop using the apps at any time. Sections on intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability survive termination.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved by the people's court with jurisdiction over the operator's domicile (Hohhot, Inner Mongolia).
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms periodically. The 'Last updated' date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be highlighted in app release notes when possible.
